Course Syllabus is Here This course will consider a range of artworks and creative practices across media--including photography, film, land art, cultivations, mapping, and performance--that prompt us to think differently and more deeply about land, space, place, and ecology. A set of questions will shape our inquiry: In what ways is land, formed over the course of geological time, also contemporary and formed by evolving social and economic conditions?
